Orphanides: Termination of services of finance director

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that it has terminated the services of Mr Hari Asprou from the position of the Finance Director with effect from December 19, 2012.

The Company appointed temporarily Mr. Constantino Ioanou as new Finance Director and as new Compliance Officer.
