CSE: Suspension of trading of Efremico and Knossos lifted
The Cyprus Stock Exchange, further to the previous announcements dated September 12 and 24, 2012 and November 9, 2012 on Efremico Holdings Public Ltd and Knossos Investment Public Ltd, decided to lift the suspension of trading of their titles as soon as their 2-month deadline has expired, pursuant to Article 185 of the CSE Law.
Since the Cyprus Stock Exchange has no power to suspend the trading for a further period, the titles of the aforementioned companies will trade in the Special Category Market from Monday, January 14, 2013 and until their possible delisting is examined by the CSE Council.
