Orphanides: Application to hold EGMs of creditors for settlement plan

Orphanides Public Company Ltd announces that on 30/1/2013 it submitted an application to the Larnaca District Court in order to be allowed to hold extraordinary general meetings of its secured and non secured creditors so that they are proposed a settlement plan. It is proposed that the meetings are approved by the court for 23/2/2013.
