See below the official announcement of the appointment of a Receiver/Administrator from Cyprus Popular Bank:
We, Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company Ltd, registered beneficiaries pursuant to the Companies’ Law Chapter 113 of the bonds secured with floating charges that have been issued by Orphanides Public Ltd on 4/1/1995 for €1,0142,247, 17/4/1995 for €512,580, 3/10/1995 for €854,301, 8/7/2002 for €6,834,406, 29/11/2005 for €5,125,804 and 11/10/2007 for 4,271,504 and based on the powers provided by the Bonds of Floating Charges, with this document we appoint today, January 31, 2013 Messrs. Michalis Avraam and Andrew Andronikou from 8 Digeni Akrita, office 403, 1045 Nicosia, as Receivers/Administrators of the assets burdened with the Bonds of Floating Charges under the conditions, powers and provisions included in the Law and the aforementioned bonds.
