Orphanides: Notice of Warranty Payment of ORFAB bonds from Cyprus Popular
Subject: ORFAB – Bonds Maturity June 30, 2016
With reference to the above issue, in our capacity as Commissioners pursuant to the Trust Deed dated May 3, 2011, we wish to inform the holders ORFA B bonds that on February 4, 2013 we received Notice of Warranty Payment (capital and accrued interest) from the Guarantor namely Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co. Ltd.
The Commissioners proceed with the necessary procedures for the collection and disposal of amount of capital and accrued interest pursuant to the terms of Trust Deed.
