CSE: Suspension of trading of ORFB Guaranteed Bonds of Orphanides

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the suspension of trading of the Guaranteed Bonds of Orphanides Public Company Ltd (ORFB) from Wednesday, February 6, 2013. This decision was taken in view of the announcement dated February 5, 2013 on the note for warranty payment (capital and accrued interests) of the Guaranteed Bonds by Guarantor, Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd.

The delisting of the Guaranteed Bonds will follow after the completion of the procedures.

This decision was taken pursuant to Article 183 or the CSE Law, for the protection of the investors.
