Orphanides: Procedures for collection and disposal of capital for ORFA B completed
With reference to the above issue in our capacity as Commissioners pursuant to the Trust Deed dated May 3, 2011, we wish to inform the bondholders of ORFA B, following the announcement dated February 5, 2013, that the procedures for collecting and disposing the capital and the accrued interest pursuant to the provisions of the Trust Deed have been completed.
The Bond Redemption statement has been posted to all beneficiaries. The payment was carried out either to the authorized Members / Operators of CSE or by sending a check or by crediting the bank account of the Bondholder as the instructions were registered in the Register of Holders of Bonds maintained by the Central Depository of the CSE.
