Orphanides: Sale through sealed bids

The Receivers/Administrators of Orphanides Public Company Ltd would like to inform all interested parties in purchasing the business and/or its activities and/or its assets that the sale will be conducted through the process of sealed bids.
The expiry of the deadline for the delivery of the sealed bids has been set for Monday, April 15, 2013 at 12.30 pm.
The sealed bids process has been designed in a way to protect the integrity of the sale procedure and to ensure that its implementation has yielded the greatest benefits and is executed with full transparency.
The sealed bids process will be monitored by Georgis Yiangos law office and specifically lawyer Kyriakos Theodorides.
All sealed bids must be delivered to the law office, 12 Kennedy Avenue, Kennedy Business Centre, 2nd floor, 1703, Nicosia, Cyprus.
The Receivers/Administrators give the interested parties the necessary time to carry out their research on the company, its capital and activities. The Receivers/Administrators have set a prerequisite all bids to be accompanied by a letter of guarantee equal to 10% of the total price of the bid and of three-month duration.
