Orphanides: Indicative results 2012 on 28/2 – Profit Warning

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 17.00 at the Company’s Head Office to examine the preliminary results for 2012.
The results are expected to show more losses compared to the corresponding results of 2011.
This deterioration is attributable to the ongoing financial crisis, the decline in sales and the liquidity problems.
The results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
