CSE: Suspension of trading of Knossos on 27/3 – Delisting on 3/4

The Cyprus Stock Exchange Council decided, pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law and after securing the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission, to delist the movable securities of Knossos Investment Public Ltd from the CSE since there are no longer requirements for the proper operation of the market on the Company’s titles and its constant obligations are not observed.
Specifically, it is noted that Knossos Investment Public Ltd is not in line with the obligation for the issue and submission of the six-month results for the period ended 30/6/2012, violating Paragraph 5.2.4.2 of KDP 326/2009.
The trading of the Company’s titles will be suspended, pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law from March 27, 2013 to April 2, 2013 (included), until the clearing of all transactions.
It is noted that the delisting of the securities from the OASIS trading system of the CSE will be effective from April 3, 2013.
Specifically, it is noted that Knossos Investment Public Ltd is not in line with the obligation for the issue and submission of the six-month results for the period ended 30/6/2012, violating Paragraph 5.2.4.2 of KDP 326/2009.
The trading of the Company’s titles will be suspended, pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law from March 27, 2013 to April 2, 2013 (included), until the clearing of all transactions.
It is noted that the delisting of the securities from the OASIS trading system of the CSE will be effective from April 3, 2013.
