Orphanides: Briefing by Receivers/Administrators on creditor’s meeting – Election of six-member committee

The Receivers/Administrators of Orphanides Public Company Ltd announce the following:
1. A meeting of the Creditors of Orphanides Public Company Ltd was held on April 18, 2013 at the Hilton Hotel during which the Receivers/Administrators informed on several issues that have to do with the Administration for the period after January 31, 2013, when they were officially appointed. They exchanged views on several issues, which will be examined by the Receivers/Administrators. If necessary, the Receivers/Administrators will release an announcement to the investing public.
2. During the meeting, a six-member committee was elected by the creditors, the members of which will attend the opening of the sealed tenders for the Company’s assets to take place on May 15, 2015 at the Law Office of Georgios Yiangos.
