Laser: Approval of final results 2012 at the end of May

We wish to inform you that due to the recent crisis that hit the Cypriot economy and the uncertainty on businesses and individuals, many of the agreements that the Company has reached for the arrangement of its obligations and the estimates of its assets have changed. As a result, the Board of Directors cannot approve the results at the current stage, since it is not certain whether they can give true and fair picture of the economic condition of the Company as it has to evaluate again the provisions, the value of its assets and the agreements before approving the final results for 2012.

The Board of Directors will approve the final results at the end of May and the exact date will be announced.
