The Annual General Meeting held on June 4, 2013 at 10.00 am at the Company’s office approved the financial statements and decided the following:
1. Approved the annual financial statements for 2012.
2. Set the remuneration of the Board members for 2013.
3. Reappointed HOLROYD PARTNERS LTD as auditors and the authorized the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
