Orphanides: Invitation of new round of tenders – Appointment of new Receivers/Administrators

The Receivers/Administrators of Orphanides Public Company Ltd, in order to fully inform the investing public, announces the following:
1. A new round of tenders for the Company’s assets has been invited, with a last day of submission of bids on July 17, 2013.
2. Apart from Messrs. Andrew Andronikou and Michalis Avraam, who had been appointed as Receivers/Administrators in Orphanides Public Company Ltd from Cyprus Popular Bank on January 31, 2013, the following appointments have been made:
- Messrs. Andrew Andronikou and Eleftherios Filippou have been appointed as Administrators/Receivers in Orphanides Public Company Ltd on April 18, 2013 for the following subsidiaries of Orphanides Public Company Ltd:
- Promptland Properties Ltd
- Stalico Investments Ltd
- Grangowood Trading Ltd
- Neando
- Messrs. Michalis Avraam and Marios Kallias have been appointed as Administrators/Receivers in Orphanides Public Company Ltd from USB Bank o May 14, 2013, exclusively for the Company’s property in Paralimni.
- Mr. Nicos Kyriakides has been appointed as Administrator/Receiver in Grangowood Trading Ltd on May 21, 2013 from Piraeus Bank, exclusively for the property of Grangowood Trading Ltd in Orphanides Mall in Paphos.
