Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that Mr. Panos Christofides (Non-Executive Independent Executive Board member) submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors due to increased professional commitments with effect from March 28, 2013.
Mr. Zenon Apostolou (Non-Executive Independent Executive Board member) also submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors due to increased professional commitments with effect from March 28, 2013.
Mr. Polys Kourousides (Non-Executive Independent Executive Board member) and Mr. Andreas Charalambous submitted their resignation from the Board of Directors due to increased professional commitments with effect from April 15, 2013 and April 30, 2013 respectively.
The Company would like to thank them for their valuable contribution as members of the Board of Directors.
