Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that at a meeting held on July 8, 2014 the Board of Directors decided to assign to N M Rothschild & Sons Limited the evaluation of the options of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd in relation to capital issues and to advise the Board of Directors accordingly.
