CSE: Non-submission and publication of six-month results of DHH, LHG and AST

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that with the expiry of the period of submission and publication of the six-month results of the issuers for the period ended April 30, 2014, D. H. CYPROTELS PLC, LIBRA GROUP PLC and ASTARTI DEVELOPMENT PLC have not issued and published by the end of June 2014 their six-month results as required pursuant to the provisions of Article 142 of the CSE Law.

It is reminded that the titles of these companies are under suspension.
