Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that at a meeting held on July 17, 2014, the Board of Directors elected the Vice Chairman and appointed a Senior Independent Director.
Mr. Marinos S. Yiannopoulos was elected unanimously as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd and Mr. Vasos G. Komodromos was appointed as Senior Independent Director.
