HB: Resignation of I. Charilaou from member of the Nominations/Internal Governance Committee

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that Mr. Ioannis Ch. Charilaou submitted his resignation from his position as Member of the Nominations/Internal Governance Committee of the Board of Directors on August 28, 2014 and remains Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. It is clarified that the Chairman and the remaining members of the Nominations/Internal Governance Committee remain in their positions.
