Further to the meeting of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd held on August 29, 2014, which approved the results of the Group for the six months ended June 30, 2014 and pursuant to the CSE Regulations, we attach
a) The six-month results for the period ended June, 2014
b) The explanatory report.
c) The press release which will be published to the press.
c) The results for the six months ended June 30, 2014 will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on Saturday, August 30, 2014.
The results will be available free of charge at the Company’s registered office, 200 Athalassas and Limassol Corner, 2025 Strovolos – Nicosia and the Group’s website, www.hellenicbank.com.
