Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that following a mutual decision and consent, Mr. Makis Kervavnos withdraws today, September 1, 2014 from the Bank, in which he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Board member in the past nine years.
The Board of Directors is in the process of seeking candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer in cooperation with the international firm Heidrick & Struggles.
