Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that from today September 9, 2014 Mr. Marinos S. Yiannopoulos will undertake the duties of the Chief Executive Officer of Hellenic Bank Group until the appointment of the new Chief Executive Officer.
Therefore, Mr. Marinos S. Yiannopoulos resigned from Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and from Member of the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors and remains Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd.
