HB: Board meeting on 24/9 for capital

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd will meet on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 to examine, inter alia, issues affecting the structure of the share capital of the Bank.

An announcement will be released to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission after the decisions are taken.
