HB: Board meeting on 25-26/10 for share capital structure and nine-month results 2014

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, October 25, 2014 and Sunday, October 26, 2014 to examine, inter alia, issues that affect the structure of the share capital of the bank and the results for the first nine months of 2014.

The relevant announcements will be released to the CSE and the SEC after the decisions are taken.
