Further to the meeting of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd held today, which approved the results of the Group for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and pursuant to the CSE Regulations, we attach
a) The three-month results for the nine months ended September 30, 2014
b) The explanatory report.
c) The press release which will be published to the press.
c) The results for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on Monday, October 27, 2014.
The results will be available free of charge at the Company’s registered office, 200 Athalassas and Limassol Rd, 2025 Strovolos – Nicosia and the Group’s website, www.hellenicbank.com.
