Subject: Continuation of examination of capital issues in the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd on October 31, 2014
With reference to the above issue and further to the announcement of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd dated October 15, 2014, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd will continue the examination of the issues which affect the structure of the share capital of the Bank at a meeting to take place on Friday, October 31, 2014.
The announcement to the CSE and the SEC will be released after the decisions are taken.
