Subject: Approval of Prospectus for share capital increase of up to €221.433.706 with the issue of rights and listing on the Cyprus Stock Exchange of the rights, the new shares that will result from the exercise of rights and the subscription right and the new shares that will be issued after the decision of the Board of Directors, which correspond to the unexercised rights and which will not be covered during the exercise of the subscription right
Further to our announcements dated October 26, 2014 and October 31, 2014, we wish to inform you that on November 14, 2014 the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has approved and has allowed the publication of the Prospectus for the share capital increase of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd of up to €221.433.706 with the issue of rights and the listing on the Cyprus Stock Exchange of the rights, the new shares that will result from the exercise of rights and the subscription right and the new shares that will be issued after the decision of the Board of Directors and which correspond to the unexercised rights and which will not be covered during the exercise of the subscription right.
