HB: Immediate initiation of procedures for dual listing on ATHEX

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Bank decided that Hellenic Bank will immediately initiate the necessary procedures for a Dual Listing of its securities on the Athens Stock Exchange. It is noted that the securities of Hellenic Bank will continue to be listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

The Dual Listing aims, among others, to:

-Enhance the liquidity and marketability of its securities
-Ensure access to wider investor base
-Enhance its promotion and credibility.
