CSE: Issued share capital of HB – The shares will trade under new ISIN

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the issued share capital of “Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd”, which amounted to €93.883.959 divided into 9.388.395.900 shares of nominal value €0.01 has been formed after the reverse split (increase in nominal value of the share from €0.01 to €0.50) carried out on February 27, 2015 to €93.883.959 divided into 187.767.918 shares of nominal value €0.50. This change will be effective from March 4, 2015. The shares will trade under the new ISIN Code CY0105570119 and with a readjusted trading price.
