The Annual General Meeting held on June 3, 2015 at 10.00 am at the Company’s office decided the following:
1. Approved the Annual Financial Statements for 2014.
2. Set the remuneration of the Board members for 2015.
3. Reappointed HOLROYD PARTNERS LTD as auditors and the authorized the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
