CSE: Delisting of the titles of Cyventure Capital

Further to a relevant request by Cyventure Capital Public Company Ltd, the Cyprus Stock Exchange will proceed to the delisting of the company's titles, pursuant to Article 181 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law and "Directive CSE 01 of 2015 of the Securities and Exchange Commission on the Delisting of Securities from the Cyprus Stock Exchange following an application by the Issuing Company - RAA  392/2015".

It is reminded that the exercise of the squeeze-out right by SFS Group Public Company Ltd in relation to Cyventure Capital Public Company Ltd has been completed.

The company's titles will be delisted on Friday, 29 December 2017.
