Change in the composition of the CSE Alternative Market Index

The Cyprus Stock Exchange wishes to inform investors of the following change in the composition of the CSE Alternative Market Index. More specifically, it is noted that the share of Cyventure Capital Public Company Ltd is removed from the composition of the above Index. This decision was made pursuant to Rule 4.1 of the Ground Rules for the Management and Calculation of the CSE Index, which states that in case of suspension of trading of the shares of a company participating in an Index for more than 30 calendar days, then it must thereafter be removed from the Index on the 31st calendar day.

The above change will take effect as of Thursday, 19 October 2017.
