CSE: Continuation of suspension of trading of the titles of Cyventure

Further to the relevant approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission and previous announcements, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the continuation of the suspension of trading of the titles of Cyventure Capital Public Company Ltd for a maximum additional period of two (2) months (i.e. until 22 January 2018 inclusive) as the process for the delisting of its titles is pending following the completion of the exercise of the squeeze-out right.

The decision was taken pursuant to Article 185 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law.
