Yumchaa Holdings: Interest Payment

The Directors of Yumchaa Holdings Plc are delighted to announce that the payment of £100,603.62 of interest for the period up to 31 December 2016 in respect of the 6% 2022 Debentures.
The record date will be 30 December 2016, while the ex-interest date will be 29 December 2016 and the cum-interest date will be 28 December 2016. The interest will be paid to the debenture holders on or before 13 January 2017.
The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
