Subject: Meeting of the board of Directors for examining and approving the yearly economic statements of the company for the year ended in 31st of December 2016.
We will like to inform you and the investing public, that in 26th of April 2017 there is going to be a meeting of the board of Directors of the company to examine and approve the yearly audited economic statements for the year ended in 31st of December 2016.
The final audited economic statements and the decisions of the board of Directors will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
