JCF19 - Maturity of the 2019 Bonds

The Directors of Just Cash Flow Plc would like to announce that due to the maturity of the 8.25% 2019 Debentures on 31 December 2019, the last trading day in respect of these 8.25% 2019 Debentures was 31 December
2019. These bonds shall be delisted on 2 January 2020. The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
