M&P to list new shares

The company Mallouppas & Papacostas Trading Co. Ltd. announced that following its announcement of the 9 May 2001, it has requested 150.000 ordinary shares of 20 cents nominal value each from the 1 million shares which the company holds as unissued share capital in accordance with its prospectus, to be listed on the CSE.
The shares form part of the exchange for acquisition of the goodwill of five shops on Ayias Elenis Street on the ground floor of the Galaxias Centre in Nicosia.
