Avacom Net to set review Share Option Scheme

The Board of Avacom Net Services Ltd announced that it will be convening on the 30 May 2001 in order to examine the audited results of the company for the year 2000, to set the date of the AGM, to examine the possibility of calling an EGM to consider authorising the Board to issue shares for acquisition of shares of other companies and/or operations and/or assets of other companies. Also, the Share Option Scheme will be reviewed and in the event of any decisions for changes, to be submitted to the EGM. Relevant decisions will be published after the meeting.
