The company LK Globalsoft.com Ltd announced that concerning an article which appeared in the Politis newspaper concerning the suspension of trading of the shares of AremisSoft from the NASDAQ, this is untrue. AremisSoft itself requested the suspension of trading of its shares yesterday until issuance of a statement by the company. The company states that the suspension of trading of shares was not a result of a request by the Securities & Exchange Commission nor from the NASDAQ council.
AremiSoft issued a detailed announcement late last evening which includes a statement signed by the Director of the Bulgarian Health Insurance Fund which apparently restores the truth. It is anticipated that shares of AremisSoft will re-commence trading today.
