Transoccer Lists 23 May 2001

The CSE Council, in accordance with Regulation 73, announced that it has accepted 9.090.909 ordinary shares of 20 cents at the issue price of 55 cents as well as 909.091 warrants 2001/2003 at the exercise price of 80 cents exercisable between 1-31 October 2001-2003 of the company Transoccer Holdings Ltd. to commence trading on the 23 May 2001. The codes for the titles will be SOC for the shares and SOCw for the warrants.

The company will be listed under the Other companies section of the CSE.
