Modestou S&V: No Dividends for 2000

The company Modestou Sound & Vision Ltd announced that during its last Board meeting, it was decided to set the date of the AGM as the 21 June 2001. Also, it was decided to propose to the AGM relevant resolutions pertaining to buy-back of own shares by the company and the non-distribution of dividends for 2000 as these will be re-invested into the company for completion of its development plans.
Profits of the company for 2000 in accordance with preliminary results as published in its prospectus were CYP 362.000 after taxation.
