Salamis: Dividends of 3 cents for 2000

The Board of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Ltd. announced that during its meeting of the 9 May 2001, the final results of the group for the year ending 31 December 2000 were approved. After-tax profits for the year reached CYP 1.927.235.
The Board also set the date of the 3rd AGM for the 4 July 2001. Final dividends to be proposed to the AGM will be 12% per share of 25 cents (3 cents) and will be payable to shareholders registered as at 23 July 2001, therefore shares traded after the 23 July 2001 will be ex-dividend.
