CyVenture Warrants Last Day of Trading 29.5.01

CyVenture Capital Ltd. reminds through an announcement today that the 11 June 2001 is the exercise date for warrants 1999/2001 of the company. The exercise price of warrants is 40 cents for a share of 25 cents. The current market value of shares of CyVenture is 77 cents.
