Options Cassoulides board to examine Final FY2000 Results on 24.5.2001

The Board of Options Cassoulides Ltd. will be meeting on the 24 May 2001 in order to examine the final audited results of the company for the year ending 31 December 2000 and the date of the AGM to be determined. Further the possibility of submitting a resolution for acquisition of own shares will be considered and if this is decided a date for an EGM will be set.
