Following the announcement of Europrofit Capital Investors Ltd. of the 27 April 2001 concerning acquisition of 19.88% of the share capital of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd., the company clarified today that it has submitted an application to the Central Bank of Cyprus seeking relevant approval in accordance with article 17 of banking regulations.
