SEC re. LK Globalsoft.com-Aremisoft Agreement

Concerning the agreement between the companies LK Globalsoft.com and Aremisoft Corp. Inc. as announced to the CSE on the 2 May 2001, the Securities & Exchange Commission announced that the intention for the agreement was notified to the authorities prior to its finalisation. Upon study of the details of the agreement, the authorities have reached the decision that Aremisoft can be excluded from the need to submit a public offer based on current CSE regulations, as it was considered that the agreement does not negatively effect the interests of minority shareholders of LK Globalsoft.com.

Publications stipulating the opposite to the above are not correct and must not be taken into consideration.
