Orphanides: Re-evaluation of assets

During the Board meeting of Orphanides Supermarkets Ltd. which took place on the 18 May 2001, the final audited statements of the group for 2000 were approved and the AGM set for the 27 June 2001. In addition, the Board approved the re-evaluation of land and buildings of the group which was carried out by independent valuers on the 2 January 2001.

The Board accepted the resignation of its member Demetris Solomonides due to increased professional commitments.
