Caramondanis goes ex-div on 25 June

The AGM of Caramondanis Bros Ltd. will take place on the 21 June 2001, during which the Board’s proposal for final dividend payments of 15% on the issued and paid up share capital of the company or 3,75 cents per share will be submitted.
If the proposed dividends are endorsed by the AGM, the 22 June 2001 will be the last cum-dividend date for shares of the company. As of 25 June 2001 shares will be trading ex-dividend. Dividends will be payable to shareholders on the 4 July 2001.
