Caramondanis ex-dividend 25 June 2001

During the AGM of Caramondanis Bros Ltd. which took place on the 21 June 2001, the audited consolidated results of the company for the year ending 31 December 2000 were approved, all directors on rotation were re-elected. The proposed dividend payments of 15% of the issued and paid up capital of the company or 3.75 cents per share was approved, therefore the last cum-dividend date is the 22 June 2001. Transactions as of 25 June 2001 will be ex-dividend. Dividends will be payable to shareholders on the 4 July 2001.
