The AGM of Euroinvestment & Finance Ltd. approved the proposed dividend payments of 3 cents per share of 50 cents. Dividends will be payable before the end of July to shareholders registered as at 16 July 2001. Shares of the company will therefore trade ex-dividend as of 5 July 2001.
